Backup & data

The .sqlite backup is the full database and is the one you restore from. The .xlsx export is a readable Excel workbook (products, stock, sales, staff, suppliers) for reporting — it is not used for restore. A weekly auto-backup is also kept automatically in this device's storage and refreshed once a week; use the button to download the latest copy.

Import past sales

Bring in historical sales from a spreadsheet (.csv or .xlsx). Each row is one item line; rows that share the same Receipt value are grouped into a single sale. Every sale is backdated to the Date you provide, so it lands in the right place in Reports.

Columns (header names are flexible): Date, Receipt (optional, groups lines into one sale), Item, Qty, UnitPrice, Cashier (optional). VAT is applied using this shop's current tax settings. There's no fixed limit on file size — 100+ sale entries in one file work fine.
